I’d like to know more about time commitment, and how the online program actually works.

Narrator: OK, you’ve decided that you want to advance your degree, but you need to know a little bit more about the commitment. After all, working professionals have home and professional obligations.

Narrator: Well, this is made for people just like you. You take one course at a time. Each course is eight weeks long. Thirteen three-credit courses throughout the entire program.

Narrator: What type of commitment can you expect? About 15 to 20 hours per week, depending upon your comfort level with the materials. Sometimes, you might be at the 15 hour marker. Sometimes less.

Narrator: The online format is also asynchronous. That means that you log on as your schedule dictates. We have posting board discussions. We do expect you to log on and be present 3 to 4 times a week. But whatever time of day works for you, works for you. You’re also going to be evaluated on your postings, your quizzes, exams and papers.

Narrator: For more information about how online education works and how it will work for you, please contact your enrollment advisor at (866) 665-4178.
